摘要：
Based on the empirical research on Zhucheng urbanization construction, this paper proposes the trend of new urbanization development: 1. promoting the integration of urban and rural areas by population urbanization, changing the urbanization development model from urban and rural segmentation to the urban and rural integration; 2. changing the development patterns of urbanization from industry-leading to service-leading, realizing the combination of urbanization development and industrial transformation and upgrading; 3. transiting the governmental concept of GDP-oriented to public service-oriented. At the same time, some practical suggestions and proposals are put forward in the end.
