A parental survey of speech, language, and physical development of infants and toddlers with sickle cell disease

摘要
16 parents of infants and toddlers (9 girls, 7 boys) with sickle cell disease reported normal speech and language development in their children bur perceived slow physical development. Such perceptions may be related to the smaller physical size of children with this disease.
