Critical success factors of knowledge management in a Middle Eastern country

摘要
The paper aims to develop an understanding of challenges to Knowledge Management (KM) implementation in a Middle Eastern context, and to propose a framework for successful KM adoption in such a cultural context. It adopts a case study approach as a powerful source of understanding the KM specificities in the Middle Eastern context. The study conducts twelve interviews with executives of a telecommunications company. Then, transcripts of the interviews were systemically analyzed.
