摘要
This study used questionnaires, released 243 copies questionnaires in Shaanxi Province, carried out correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis on survey quantified results by SPSS software. This study explored the mutual relationships among the three factors: organizational commitment, employee satisfaction, work performance in Shaanxi enterprise, pointed that there is significant positive correlation among organizational commitment, employee satisfaction, and work performance. We found that organizational commitment and employee satisfaction affect work performance directly and positively, and while work performance exerts a positive and direct influence on organizational commitment and employee satisfaction. And then based on the findings of the study, we put forward relevant recommendations as the reference to enterprises management, so as to establish better organizational atmosphere, improve the staffs' work attitude and enhance their job performance.
