摘要
With the aim to reduce the staff turnover rate, researches have been made on the relationship among employee satisfaction, organizational commitment and staff turnover rate. Through the detailed data and surveys, it is found that employee satisfaction and organizational commitment have significant negative impacts on employee turnover rate and organization commitment plays the intermediary role in that process. Therefore, the enterprises need to pay special attention to the employees' satisfaction status, timely grasp the causes of the decline on employees' satisfaction and take the corresponding remedial measures to reducing staff turnover rate by improvement of organizational commitment. These measures often include the design of a more competitive remuneration plan, the dredging of the staff promotion channel and the establishment of harmonious corporate culture and so on.
