The innovation and learning mechanisms of strategic network

The propagating and superposing of tacit knowledge among cooperative enterprises are the essential feature of networked cooperation, learning and innovating are the main governance mechanisms. This paper unveils the general acting mechanisms of learning and innovation by analyzing their course, and studies remarkable effect combined with the practices further actually. Conclusions have been drawn that strategic network is the course of technological innovation of social process, a nonlinear dynamic process; the elements are not a linear combination of relationship, but a network system; strategic network is a group intensive business strategy to achieve the overall effectiveness; the interactive process of among nodes is the process of learning and innovation; by continuously learning each other's knowledge and technology, expertise achieves greater synergy effects based on mutual advantage resources; innovation and learning mechanisms are the soul of strategic network.
