摘要
With the advent of economic globalization and the development of information technology, a new kind of human resources management operation mode like human resource management outsourcing has gradually become a new trend of enterprise human resource management. Human resource management outsourcing helps to focus on the main business, streamline government organs, reduce the operation cost of enterprises and obtain professional services. However, Human resource management outsourcing also has certain risks and negative effects, which asks for a sufficient analysis of enterprises' internal and external environments, confirmation of proper outsourcing content and form, a choice of proper outsourcing service providers and a good risk management of outsourcing.
