摘要
In Hong Kong, construction quality management systems have been driven by mandatory requirements of Clients. Unfortunately a negative attitude in pursuing construction quality has been developed. This is an attitude of satisfying mandatory requirement rather than a genuine spirit of pursuing quality improvement. The objective of this study is to try to find out which system is preferable: quality management systems driven by mandatory requirement-or by customer satisfaction.
