摘要
This paper presents numerical studies of laser cutting by 3-D finite element modelling. The phenomena of changing boundary and loading conditions as well as phase changes during the cutting process are incorporated in the model with the ANSYS Parametric Design Language available in the general-purpose finite element code ANSYS5.0/ED on personal computers. All the material, time and response-dependent nonlinearities are included.
