摘要
This study Investigates the strategic adaptation process of public Sector organizations using longitudinal data on eight US regulatory agencies. It shows that organizations in general tend to adopt a progressive development of strategies with the passage of their life stages. Furthermore, it suggests that the longitudinal data provide important insights about the dynamics of organizational change. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
