Study on Supply Will of Financial Institution in Rural Land Management Rights Mortgage Loan in China

Rural land mortgage is an important part of the innovation of rural financial products and services. As rural financial supply part, the views and will of the rural financial institutions for carrying out rural land mortgage business are of great importance in the development and promotion of rural land mortgage loan. This paper is based on the perspective of rural financial institutions, taking Zhengzhou City, Henan Province as an example, using the methods of interviews and questionnaires, and investigates the supply will of financial institutions in rural land mortgage loan and analyzes the reasons why financial institutions are not willing to carry out the rural land mortgage loan. On the basis of the former, this paper brings out some relevant suggestions that can promote the development of rural land mortgage loan.
