Study on the Influencing Factors of Households' Rural Land Management Right Mortgage Loan Willingness-Based on the Investigation of Henan

The rural land mortgage loan is one of the important contents of the innovation of rural financial products and service mode. As the main demand of rural finance, households' mortgage willingness has an important meaning to the development and promotion of rural land mortgage loan business. Based on the survey data of 240 households in Henan Province, this paper uses logit model to analyze the willingness and the influencing factors of rural land management right mortgage. The study results show that the influencing factors of rural land mortgage willingness are household's age, the situation as village cadres, land area, annual per capita income, loan experience, the degree of understanding the policy and the expectations of publishing the related policy.
