摘要
We have studied the effect of anodizing voltage on the optical properties and structure of anodic titanium oxide films before and after annealing. Annealing at temperatures in the range 400-550 degrees C has been shown to cause crystallization of initially amorphous anodic titanium oxide in the anatase phase, accompanied by an increase in porosity, pore diameter, and the refractive index of cell walls and a decrease in film thickness and average nanotube center-to-center distance.
