摘要
This paper focuses on the evacuation behavior of staffs in plant fire emergencies. It first conducts an experiment, which simulates the scenarios of a plant fire emergency. The experiment confirms that the risk preference and stress ability of a staff have a significant impact on its evacuation behavior in plant fire emergencies. Then, the paper employs the multi-agent system simulation platform to study the different evacuation decisions made by different types of staff groups in a plant fire emergency. The groups are distinguished by different risk preferences and stress abilities proportions of staffs. Afterwards, it simulates the optimal evacuation situation. Finally, the paper proposes several suggestions on optimizing the evacuation decision-making of plant staffs in plant fire emergencies. Copyright (C) 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
