摘要
We study the burden of the HIV viral load and of the cell-to-cell transmission on the dynamics of a fractional model for HIV/HCV coinfection. The model includes treatment for HCV. We calculate the reproduction number of the model and the local stability of the disease free equilibrium. Simulations of the model reveal the effect of the HIV viral load, of cell-to-cell transmission, and of the order of the fractional derivative on the dynamics of the coinfection. The results are explained using an epidemiological approach. (C) 2018, IFAC (International Federation of Automatic Control) Hosting by Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
