Eine Therapieoption fur Patienten mit einem nichtkleinzelligen Lungenkarzinom (NSCLC) im Stadium IIIa stellt die neoadjuvante Chemotherapie mit oder ohne Bestrahlung gefolgt von der chirurgischen Tumorresektion dar. Wie schnell sollte der Eingriff nach Abschluss der Vorbehandlung erfolgen? Diese Fragestellung untersuchten US-Wissenschaftler im Rahmen einer retrospektiven Kohortenstudie.
