摘要
The implementation of a proper organization of maintenance of power equipment enables the assessment to be performed not only in an on-line, but also in a remote mode. Contemporary computer technologies allow the knowledge about the technical condition of the equipment to be easily registered, updated, processed, archived and transfer practically everywhere. Since now, you may say that diagnostics is where both information and experts with proper knowledge and experience are. The costs likely to be incurred with the implementation of such solutions ceased to be an important barrier as well. Moreover, cost reduction is the reason for implementation of such solutions. This, the most troublesome problem is just the organization of the above described process, especially in the situations where the maintenance of the equipment is not carried out by the services of the equipment supplier or where the diagnostic system has been programmed to create the user's (power organization's) system alternative to that of the corresponding supplier's system. This paper presents remote diagnostic system partly implemented in the version supporting the specialists at the property management department of power plant.
