摘要
Time-base drift, time-base jitter and time -base distortion are the important factors affect the accuracy of the calibration of the broadband oscilloscope. Therefore, the removal algorithms should be designed to remove or correct the time-base errors. On the study of uncertainty propagation, the results after the propagation algorithms of removing the time -base errors should be considered. Therefore, the uncertainty propagation should be considered to make the uncertainty of bandwidth of oscilloscope more reasonable. This paper introduced the methods to remove time-base errors, and studied the uncertainty propagation of removing the time-base errors. Finally, the experiment data were processed to verify that the results of uncertainty evaluation are more reasonable by considering the uncertainty propagation of the time -base errors removal algorithms.
