摘要：
In this thesis, the organizational characteristics of enterprise group are proposed firstly. Then the existing problems in the organization of China's enterprise groups are discussed. And the reasons why enterprise groups must carry out organization innovation are analyzed. The thesis lays the stress on discussing the main contents of the organization innovation of enterprise groups are discussed at the end.
