摘要：

The modular organization innovation is an important path of the enterprises technological and competitiveness upgrade. Inspecting the modular organization based on the innovative features and innovation model, we found that there are three risk of modular innovation. Against different modular organization backgrounds, each modular technological innovation risk and risk-avoidance measures is different, and analyzing the risk avoidance measures of technological innovation in different modular organization.
