摘要：
As an advanced management mode, MREII/ERP is widely used western countries. In China, the application of MRPII/ERP is poor in the following fields: level, effect and quantity. This paper is based on the analysis of the ERP which is applied by Chinese enterprise, from the angle of enterprise innovation, analysis of the relationship between the application of ERP and the innovation of Chinese enterprise, brings forward relevant advice for the popularization and application of ERP in China.
