摘要
The results of the present study underscore the potential value of the use of sensitive assays of specific aspects of platelet function for identifying and quantifying changes in platelet reactivity after initiation of therapy with antiplatelet agents. Implementation of such assays could contribute to optimal design and performance of clinical trials of antiplatelet agents as well as treatment of patients with acute coronary syndromes.
