摘要
The aim of this study is to determine the mediating role of perceived organizational support in the relationship between workplace happiness and job satisfaction of public personnel working in public institutions. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 291 employees working in public institutions in Adana Province. In the research, at first, the concepts of workplace happiness, job satisfaction and perceived organizational support were mentioned, and then the relationships between these concepts were examined. For the analysis of the obtained data set, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), correlation analysis, regression analysis, mediation test and structural equation modeling for path analysis were utilized. Consequently, it has been revealed that perceived organizational support in the effect of workplace happiness on job satisfaction statistically partially mediates.
