摘要
A fire happens in head of train stopped in a subway station JSTSS is studied by using a three dimensional CFD modeling. The fire is 5.0 MW and it is modeled as a heat source located on the left side of subway station during simulation. Three smoke control strategies including exhaust only, push-pull and push-push are discussed. Air temperature distributions on the plane which is 2.3 m above the platform floor for these three strategies are overviewed. According to the criteria of NFPA 130 standard, the push-pull strategy is determined as the optimum scheme for smoke control under this fire scenario. The results also show that that detailed prediction of CFD models provide the necessary analysis capability for suitably designing and operating ventilation systems in order to support passenger evacuation.
