Generally, real estate companies need to operate the basic core resource management includes three categories: physical resources, organizational resources, human resources, it is easy to see that human resources are the only living resources, and only able to use other resources to create a valuable resource, thus the most important resource. Core real estate company management is human resource management. Delicacy management of human resources is a real estate company human resource managers can comprehend the meaning and essence of fine management, thinking consciously develop sophisticated analytical methods, refinement of a system to improve each and every process, every aspect of the work in order to achieve tangible results, and meticulous management of human resources for the enterprise will be able to gain a competitive advantage.
