摘要：
Based on the VM theory, this paper analyzed management of the stakeholder and emphasized that the value of construction project is focused on the interests of all stakeholder. Then the paper analyzed VM of different phrase in real estate company, and advised them to strengthen VM accommodating to their own development. This paper also put forward some proposal in detail for real estate companies.
