摘要：

Innovation capacity evaluation is the core content for the technological innovation study of Chinese information service enterprises. On the basis of analyzing the implication and composition of the technological innovation capacity of Chinese information service enterprises, the Paper designs the evaluation index system for the technological innovation capacity of Chinese information service enterprises and proposes the integrated evaluation method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Sets Theory (Fuzzy), an evaluation method for the technological innovation capacity of information service enterprises, which complies with the actual conditions of China.
