Study on Evaluation of Technological Innovation Service System

This paper establishes a comprehensive index system about evaluating technological innovation service system by doing theory pre-selection, correlation analysis and distinguishing analysis. On such basis, we take 31 cities' data in 2005 for example, and take factor analysis on ranking each regional technological innovation service system by integrated level. We analyze the disparity of technological innovation service system and give corresponding advice in advance by taking Hebei Province as an example. The result shows that most indexes scores of Hebei province are lower than the national average level, except the environment of innovation service. That means the comprehensive service ability of technical innovation service system in Hebei is relatively weak. On such analysing basis, some suggestions, such as enhancing communication and cooperative with its residential areas and making full use of its technical resources, can be given.
