摘要：
The models in technological innovation of information service enterprises in China mainly inch autonomous innovation, imitate innovation, cooperative innovation. On the basis of analyzing types and characteristics of these models, the influences of implementing different technological innovation models information service enterprises in China is researched, the advantages and disadvantages of adopting various technological innovation models in information service enterprises in China is discussed, and the strategic selections of models in technological innovation of information service enterprises in China are put forward.
