摘要：

The implementation of management software currently represents a reconstruction of the management information system. This reconstruction may not give the desired results because the cost and risks of the information system change may prove to be against-productive. Change management information system thus appears as an essential solution, especially for small and medium enterprises. On this basis, we will try in this article to answer the following question: "What are the best driving practices of change that can help small and medium-sized Moroccan businesses succeed in their information system change projects ?". For this, our methodology is based on a "quantitative" approach accompanied by reasoning "hypothetical-deductive". This allows us to test our assumptions and our research model.
