摘要
People's rising awareness of environmental protection prompts enterprises to take social responsibilities or, based on the cognition of moral responsibility, start to pay attention to the effects of production activity on the environment. Modern enterprises therefore have to grasp corporate environmental management. High-tech industry drives the growth of domestic economy, but water, air, and solid waste pollution caused by energy-intensive and high-pollution industries constantly erode the ecological environment. To implement the goal of sustainable development, the development of environmental education to have high-tech industry present environmental knowledge and the attitude and value to concern about the environment as well as develop skills and actions to solve environmental problems are the fundamental solutions. Aiming at high-tech industry employees in Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan, total 500 copies of questionnaire are distributed, and 347 valid copies are retrieved, with the retrieval rate 69%. According to the results, suggestions are proposed, expecting to help high-tech industry enhance the effectiveness on human resource management and environmental education in order to reinforce the environmental responsible behaviour.
