摘要
In the conduction chain and the conduction networks of enterprise risk, carrier is the bridge that each risk factor contacts with other factors in the enterprise risk conduction process, and a valid interactive realization of each main factor. In the whole risk conduction progress, carrier has function of loading and conduction risk, at the same time, the interaction of risk, drivers and carriers also make with other factors carrier to be the "magnifier" in enterprise risk conduction chain.
