摘要：
The real estate enterprises are in the midst of an economic transition from an era of competitive advantage based on information to one based on knowledge creation. This paper analyses some hindrances to knowledge management (km) efforts for real estate enterprises. Some ways for km are suggested. It also points out the focus to the implementation of km in real estate enterprises. It is concluded that km will give the real estate enterprise an invaluable edge.
