摘要
Because of the fundamentality and particularity, the development of real estate industry has obtained double attention of scholars in the academic world. As a result, summing up and evaluating the previous studies on real estate industry have an instructional meaning for us to research on the development law of the industry more deeply. In this paper, from the origin of research, we summarized the studies on real estate industry domestic and overseas, including the study on regional diversity, supply and demand rules, price fluctuation rules and macro regulation and control policy. In the final part of this paper, we gave an evaluation on the study status of real estate industry, including both advantages and shortcomings, followed with an expectation for further study.
