An analysis on the role of real estate industry in modern service industry

The level of service industry development is a sign of the level of national economy development. While industrialization programs have been central to the development of service industry, modem service industry is proposed and has become increasingly important as a new service industry developed along with the changes of modem technology and the division of deepening intra-industry. As its main part, real estate industry plays an important role in accelerating the development of modem service industry. This paper aims to analyze the effect to other industrial department producing from real estate industry in the framework of Chinese modem service industry. Firstly, based on the scientific delimitation of modem service industry, different classification standards and evaluating indexes of real estate industry are given by means of input-output table. Secondly, the role of real estate industry in modem services industry is discussed in terms of the analytical product of the input-output table.
