摘要：
The article studies the economic mechanism of the intellectual property management and its formation at an industrial enterprise. Definition of intellectual property as a system of economic & legal property relations is offered considering the results of the human creative activity. Components of the economic mechanism of the intellectual property management are determined as well as their detailed features and properties.
