摘要：
The article considers the intellectual property management at the national enterprises and offers the system of intellectual property management which enables considering the processes of intellectual property management as the component of project management. It is emphasized that all enterprises regardless their form of ownership should have a set of approaches to intellectual property development as a part of their corporate capital, they should conduct multipurpose policy in this field.
