Research on the Collaboration of Enterprise Intellectual Property Management System

摘要
Based on synergetic theory, using the method of system, the paper undertakes a study for intellectual property management of enterprise, constructing a model of enterprise intellectual property management systems and its collaborative framework, and quantifying the degree of synergetic by establishing order degree models and synergetic degree models. It is found that: the system of enterprise intellectual property management is composed of the intellectual property management input subsystem, conversion subsystem and output subsystem, which is running through the inter-sub-system self-organization to achieve co-development, of which the order parameter is the effectiveness of enterprise intellectual property management, and the control parameter is the work of enterprise intellectual property management departments. These results are of great significance for businesses to enhance the international competitiveness by improving intellectual property management.
