摘要
The abbreviation HACCP stand for "Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point". This analytical process allows the creation of a cost effective, robust product safety programme as well as testing operations at critical points in the product production process. With the help of an HACCP analysis CCPs or "Critical Control Points" are determined and the corresponding business objectives, monitoring procedures and corrective actions are put into place.
