Study of the Impact of Human Capital on Rural Labor Force's Employment Behavior in Non-agricultural Sector

摘要
Based on the modem human capital theory, this paper, through the questionnaire survey data, empirically analyzes the relationship between the human capital level of rural labor force in Linyi city and its transfer status by using multinomial logistic regression model, and proves the decisive role of human capital components (mainly the labor education level, the non-agricultural skill training situation) in labor force's employment in non-agricultural sector (mainly transfer time and transfer location). It was found that, the labor force with higher human capital level is easier for a long time of transfer, the transfer site is not easy to be restricted, and the transfer stability is relatively high. Finally, according to the empirical results, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
