A Study on the Employment of Rural Female Labor Force in Shandong Province

The development of urbanization and agricultural modernization has shifted a lot of labor force to cities and engaged in non-agricultural work. In the transferred labor force, the majority of men, leading to rural labor "feminization" trend. In the new situation, the traditional agricultural farming skills and labor are facing the lack of labor, rural women as a vulnerable group of labor, its employment problems need to attract the attention of all sectors of society. Over the years, Shandong province is China's agricultural province, where producing high-quality crops such as wheat, corn, vegetables and so on. This paper takes the female labor force in rural areas of Shandong province as the research subject, makes a comprehensive analysis of the employment situation, employment way and employment characteristics of rural women's labor force, summarizes the main problems in rural women's employment, and puts forward some suggestions for the problem. Shandong Province, the smooth development of urbanization process, the rural women's labor force to provide reasonable arrangements for reference.
