摘要
During the conventional transfer of surplus rural labor force, women have been placed in a disadvantaged position due to their disadvantageous education, career, and physiological condition than their male counterparts. Meanwhile, the migration of a great deal of rural labor force into cities over the recent years has caused a series of problems, such as land left uncultivated, rural aging problems, children left behind and so on. One effective countermeasure is to achieve surplus rural women labor transfer locally through the development of rural E-commerce. The development of rural E-commerce can also increase agricultural output, raise farmers' income, and hence can promote the sound development of rural economy in Shandong province.
