摘要
City logistics becomes a competitive factor that needs to be addressed. Based on the analysis of basic concept of industrial competitiveness and characteristics of city logistics, constructing city logistics competitiveness evaluation index system, including two major aspects: demand for logistic services and the level of logistics service. Using the method of principal component analysis, obtain principal component scores on the comprehensive and then ranking cities. Finally, comprehensively analyzed and evaluated 12 Western China cities competitiveness. The results showed that city circumstance, the scope and level of city economy development directly affect city logistics. Different levels of cities have different development in logistics industry. It is important to improve the logistics efficiency. Therefore, propose the corresponding enhancement strategy to promote the West's economic development.
