摘要
Narrow size distributed, stable, catalytically active Ru NPs were synthesis in ionic liquid medium. In situ generated Ru NPs in [DAMI][NTf2] ionic liquid was found highly active in terms of formic acid formed during the CO2 hydrogenation reaction to other ionic liquid immobilized standing Ru NPs. Low catalyst loading, ligand free approach; simple reaction protocol and seven times catalyst recycling are major merits of the proposed work.
