摘要：
Chinese enterprises have developed greatly since the reform and openness. Especially successful entry in WTO brings favorable conditions for China's economic development. But as the negative effects of global financial crisis continuously spread, Chinese enterprises also encounter unprecedented development bottleneck, especially in the aspect of financing. This paper discusses and analyzes some problems and dilemmas faced by Chinese enterprises and finds out the causes and some financial strategies to solve these problems for sustainable development of Chinese enterprises.
