The analysis of credit risk and countermeasure to rural financial institutes

Credit Risk is the most important risk in risk management, with the increase in credit transactions, credit risk is also growing. There is a huge credit risk in China's rural financial institutions operating, their reason is that the rural credit information asymmetry and rural special economic environment, this directly led to the credit risk of loss. This paper focus on the present stage of China's rural financial system representative of the rural financial institutions for credit risk analysis, and provide preventive credit risk management strategies.
