摘要
We experimentally demonstrate 1.33-mu m vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser characterization (linewidth and chirp measurements) and very good propagation performances at multi-Gb/s in single-mode-fiber transmission. Error-free measurements are presented both for 10.3 Gb/s over 40 km and for 12.5 Gb/s over 20 kin at different operating temperatures.
