Leukemias and immunophenotypical characteristics of haemopoietic stem cells and myelopoiesis progenitor cells

摘要：
Review of the data about the commitment and differentiation of early haematopoietic progenitor cells and changes in the expression of surface antigens is presented. Phenotypic characteristic of different subpopulation of CD34(+)CDw90(+) cells, early progenitors of granulocytes, macrophages, erythroid and megakaryocytic cells (CFU-GEMM, CFU-GM, BFU-E, CFU-E, CFU-Meg etc.) is given. Possible cell targets for malignant transformation in leukemias are discussed.
