摘要
Most previous studies have been focusing on factors influencing behavioral intention to use m-learning while there is a lacking on finding factors influence students continuous intention to use m-learning. Thus, the current study was carried out to investigate factors influence m-learning continuous intention to use among student at Malaysian technical universities. The research framework has been conceptualized using the Expectation Confirmation Theory. A total of 400 duly completed survey questionnaires was collected via purposeful structured random sampling and self-administrated survey questionnaire. The hypotheses formulated were tested using SPSS AMOS. It was found perceived performance significantly influence on both user satisfaction and continuous intention to use M-learning by students. User satisfaction indicated a significant influence on continuous intention to use m-learning. Therefore, user satisfaction partially mediates between perceived performance and continuous intention to use M-learning.
