摘要
The demand on the green car(eco-friendly vehicle) like Hybrid Electric Vehicle, Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle and Pure Electric Vehicle has risen dramatically. The key technology is the regenerative braking in the energy saving technology of the green car. And electronic brake has been developed along with the advance of the electronic control technology. The reliability about the braking system is very important because the braking system is concerned with the safety of a vehicle. But the regulation is not sufficient enough. In this study, to develop the reliability assessment technology for the regenerative braking system of a green car, the FCEV model with the regenerative braking and electronic braking system (EWB, EMB) models are developed. The reliability assessment scenarios are developed with ABS brake test regulations and FMEA results about regenerative system and electronic braking system. These scenarios were applied to the performance simulation of the FCEV with the regenerative braking and the electronic braking system. And the fail-safe control strategy when one of the electronic brake system is fail is suggested.
